Jesus invited us to express our love for God and neighbor and follow Him personally (Matthew 22:26-40). At the Parish of Christ the King, we continue this ministry of our Lord through our many men's ministry opportunities. We invite you to take the next step in your faith life by becoming involved through men's ministries.

ACTS RETREAT FOR MEN

Our Lord retreated into a “lonely place” to pray to His heavenly Father in the beginning of the Gospel of Luke. He continually calls us to imitate him, and in our busy lives ,the A.C.T.S. retreat, (Adoration, Community, Theology and  Service) is just the thing to help us become focused on those eternal truths which become lost in the daily race. A.C.T.S. is based on Acts 2:42-47 and the early Church’s experience of the need to grow side by side with other Christians.

Please contact Ron Tremblay, 918-584-4788, ronjtremblay@gmail.com for information about this semi-annual retreat.

MEN'S PRAYER BREAKFAST

“Iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another." (Proverbs 27:17).  When men sacrifice sleep in order to come together to grow in Faith and virtue by studying God’s Word, a community is built. If you are interested in growing in your ability to lead your family and to grow with other men please contact Father Elkin to find out which prayer breakfasts are growing.
